• Construction Contract

    The contract is prepared and sent to you for review. This will include a detailed payment schedule, with a non-refundable commencement payment due at signing.

  • Project Schedule

    We’ll plan your project start date and build your detailed project schedule. Start dates are determined on our current workload and team availability, permitting timelines and special order lead times.

  • Special Orders

    Some construction materials, fixtures and finishes have longer lead times, so we order those as soon as possible upon contract signing. We want to ensure all material will arrive in a timely manner to limit delays in construction.

  • Final Selections

    If there are any remaining product or finish selections to be made, we will coordinate these with you and help you manage deadlines during this period.

  • Pre-Construction Meeting

    You’ll meet your on-site project manager at the project location, and work together to determine site logistics and review project scope.

  • Site Set Up

    Our team will get your project site prepped right before construction begins. This includes needed port-a-johns, dumpsters, dust protection, floor protection and more.
