The existing home had a layout that served this family well for many years, but now as empty nesters, the homeowners were ready to create a true main floor primary suite. We combined two main floor bedrooms to create a larger sleeping space, a gorgeous bathroom and a walk-in closet. The existing hall bathroom became a powder room for guests. We transformed this main level without impacting the home’s footprint, or the existing windows in the brick facade.
