Once we’ve reached substantial completion, we’ll move you into our warranty phase. This means you will move into your new/remodeled space and start to enjoy it!

  • You’ll continue to have access to our project management software and the warranty portal for two years after substantial completion.

  • If you notice something amiss with your project, you’ll send in a warranty request. Our team will follow up with you in a timely manner to discuss urgency and expectations, then create a plan for resolution.
