Once we’ve reached substantial completion, we’ll move you into our warranty phase. This means you will move into your new/remodeled space and start to enjoy it!
You’ll continue to have access to our project management software and the warranty portal for two years after substantial completion.
If you notice something amiss with your project, you’ll send in a warranty request. Our team will follow up with you in a timely manner to discuss urgency and expectations, then create a plan for resolution.
