Start with the dollhouse view to get a unique understanding of the whole space, then move through the home and see it from every angle.
The main floor of this home had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a poorly constructed addition that served as a family room. The kitchen was closed off entirely from the rest of the home, and the laundry and utility space took up valuable kitchen square footage. The flooring needed to be refreshed and both bathrooms required significant remodeling.
The main floor of this home is now 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with two master suites. The former family room addition was torn down entirely, and a wheelchair accessible master suite and a separate laundry room was added in its place.
A screened in porch and small grilling deck were added off of the dining room to let the homeowners enjoy the newly fenced in backyard.
The kitchen space was reconfigured and opened up to the dining and living rooms. The fireplace was incomplete at the time of the final filming, but the built ins around it were removed to create sight lines from front to back through the home.
The two existing bathrooms were remodeled completely, and the former master bathroom was reconfigured and enlarged. The home has new closets, flooring, windows, skylights, electrical, lighting and more.
